Adobe Captivate troubleshoot template
There is a simple and beautiful idea, that the user is presented with a problem, and he needs to fix it, as quickly as possible. He needs to identify the root cause of the problem and later the correct solution to the problem, but in order to understand which is the root cause, he has several options to gain extra information, called “Tips”. Each tip costs him time, but gives additional information in terms of explanatory image or text. Once the user knows which is the correct root cause, he presses the button “I know the root cause”, and then he is presented with possible options, if he chooses wrongly, he loses time. If he chooses correct cause, on the next screen he is presented with possible solutions, if chooses correctly, Bang, he has finished the challenge.
